Ok…here’s the deal…
The Children’s Home has a case of chicken pox and they refuse to let us see Julianna today. The psychiatrist (this was the mean doctor from the first day that we visited there in April) said that she doesn’t want to be held responsible if…..blah, blah, blah! The Minister of Education and Svetlana have both tried to convey to them that on Thursday, Julianna will be our daughter and that this is ridiculous. The Children’s Home relented and said that we could visit for 5 minutes tomorrow! Are you kidding me???????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????
Anyway, Kenny, Sveta, and I have discussed this scenario and Sveta believes that this is all a good thing. This is one more reason why the judge needs to waive the 10 day period.
Kenny and I have also discussed initially that we would not take Julianna out of the institution until Monday or Tuesday of next week as to make it an easier transition for her. NOW….that is not an option. On Thursday, we are heading straight to the institution and getting our daughter out of that place!
So…are we happy about all of this? Obviously it’s God’s plan and so far, His plan has worked out okay for us.
Prayers for everyone are essential…so thanks in advance for any and all that you have sent and will send.
Off to work on our court speech. I am the primary speaker (surprise there). Kenny is the sweeper. He adds anything that I may miss. There are very strict rules about this process,…ie.You can’t cross your legs in the courtroom.
